About Nivara

The Gap We Exist to Close

From founder-led and family-owned businesses to established mid-market enterprises, growing companies face a recurring structural gap. They often:

  • Struggle to integrate strategic finance with daily operations
  • Under-use dynamic FP&A, or have none at all
  • Cannot justify the overhead of a full-time, institutional-grade CFO

When a business approaches a capital raise, a merger, or a liquidity event, this gap can become critical:

  • Management teams often approach transactions without well-supported valuation models, entering negotiations exposed on equity dilution and cap table waterfalls.
  • Historical financials often go untested before a buyer tests them, leaving businesses exposed to detailed buyer diligence, EBITDA adjustments, and price re-trading during Financial Due Diligence (QoE).
  • Without dedicated financial support on the deal, internal teams can be overwhelmed by data room demands and deal workload, and enterprise value can be lost at the closing table.

Who We Are

Nivara Accounting & Consulting LLC is a strategic finance and transaction partner based in Dubai, established to bridge this exact gap between high-level strategic decision-making and operational financial execution.

We are designed to operate as an integrated strategic partner — not a transactional outsourced vendor — so that companies can access senior financial leadership at an accessible scale.

By replacing fragmented back-office setups with an agile, process-led financial architecture, we deliver institutional-grade clarity to founders, owners, management teams, and boards across every stage of the business lifecycle.

The Ecosystems

We operate as an integrated strategic finance partner and technical extension of our clients’ organisations, delivering bespoke execution across two distinct ecosystems:

Operating Entities

We partner with founder-led and owner-managed businesses, family-owned businesses and groups, and investor-backed companies, from growing enterprises to established mid-market businesses. They need scalable CFO leadership, dynamic FP&A, and Systematised Controllership, and dedicated transaction support when these same companies approach a capital raise, sale, or liquidity event.

Investment Vehicles & Sponsors

We serve private equity portfolios, family offices, and deal desks that need M&A Support, Quality of Earnings (QoE) diligence, valuation, and institutional-grade transaction modelling during critical liquidity events.

The Partnership Philosophy

How we work with you shapes what you’re able to achieve. Our partnership model is built on four operating principles — each one designed to help convert financial complexity into a decision-ready advantage.

An Extension of Your Team, Not an Outside Vendor

We embed directly into your existing workflows and reporting cadence — operating as a technical extension of your organisation, not an occasional outside specialist delivering reports from a distance.

Objective by Design

Because we sit outside your internal politics and equity structure, we bring an external, objective perspective to our analysis — the kind that helps build the trust of investors, boards, and lenders.

Process-Led, Not Personality-Led

Every engagement runs on documented, systematised workflows — not the tribal knowledge of a single individual. This helps reduce key-person dependency and supports continuity, even as your engagement scales or your team changes.

Calibrated to Your Complexity

Whether you need a monthly FP&A retainer or a live transaction engagement, our engagement model flexes to match your actual operational stage and stakes — aiming for no more infrastructure than you need and no less rigour than the moment demands.

The Outcome We Work Towards

Management teams that make high-stakes decisions with confidence, boards that work from defensible numbers, and enterprise value that is built, defended, and realised — at every stage of the business lifecycle.

How We Work

Every engagement — whether it’s a standing monthly retainer or a single high-stakes transaction — follows the same disciplined path from first conversation to final deliverable.

  1. Discover & Scope

We start by understanding your business, your decision timeline, and the stakeholders in the room — then translate that into a defined scope: deliverables, responsibilities, information requirements, and milestones, documented before any work begins.

  2. Onboard & Deploy

We complete client onboarding checks and establish data access, reporting architecture, and communication cadence upfront, so execution can start promptly, with minimal ramp-up time and fewer repeated data requests.

  3. Execute & Deliver

We deliver the analysis, modelling, reporting, or financial leadership itself — through structured, repeatable workflows rather than ad hoc, one-off work product.

  4. Review & Decide

Findings become executive action. Deliverables are built to be board-ready — translated into clear conclusions and options for your decision, not just a data dump.

  5. Govern & Adapt

Every engagement runs under a formal engagement letter. As priorities shift, scope changes are handled transparently — through mutual confirmation of deliverables, timing, and terms, rather than silently absorbed or left ambiguous.

Two Ways to Engage

Recurring Engagement

For Strategic Finance & CFO Solutions, delivered through a defined monthly retainer, calibrated to your lifecycle stage, reporting cadence, and execution needs. Larger systems and infrastructure work is scoped as a separate project.

Project Engagement

For Transaction & Special Situations, scoped around a defined project: work plan, timeline, deliverables, and decision objective.
